What Happens in a Co-Facilitated Lab
Participants arrive with shared foundational knowledge from the corresponding Wit & Reason training. Live time focuses on application: realistic scenarios, rehearsal, questions and clarification, feedback, reflection, and increasingly complex practice. Labs are educational, skills-based experiences, not psychotherapy, legal advice, HR investigations, or individualized reporting guidance.
Before You Book
Co-facilitated Labs are available virtually, in Oceanside, and onsite for organizations. Format, timing, group size, facilitator availability, and travel terms are coordinated with Wit & Reason so the Lab fits the organization and the corresponding training.
Prerequisite
Participants should complete, or reach the designated prerequisite point in, the corresponding Wit & Reason training before attending.
Group Size
Designed for larger groups and situations that benefit from two facilitators, with a maximum of 16 participants.
Scheduling & Delivery
Wit & Reason coordinates the date, time, and delivery format directly with the purchasing organization. Labs may be virtual, in Oceanside, or onsite subject to location and travel terms.
