What Happens in a Live Practice Lab
Participants apply concepts from their completed Wit & Reason training through realistic, course-specific scenarios; rehearse communication, intervention, and response skills; ask questions and clarify course concepts; receive facilitated feedback; observe and learn from other participants' approaches; and reflect on how skills can transfer into real-world situations. Live Practice Labs are educational, skills-based experiences. They are not psychotherapy, legal advice, HR investigations, or individualized guidance about whether or how to report a specific incident.
Before You Book
Live Practice Labs are available virtually, in Oceanside, and onsite for organizations. Format, timing, group size, facilitator availability, and travel terms are coordinated with Wit & Reason so the Lab fits the organization and the corresponding training.
Prerequisite
Participants should complete, or reach the designated prerequisite point in, the corresponding Wit & Reason training before attending.
Group Size
Designed for 6-8 participants, with a maximum of 10, so each person has room to practice and receive feedback.
Scheduling & Delivery
After purchase, Wit & Reason coordinates the Lab date and time directly with the purchasing organization. No public booking URL is used.
