Awareness is where it starts. Practice is where it changes.

Entertainment-specific training that helps cast, crew, students, and production teams recognize risk, respond more effectively in the moment, and build safer, more respectful working cultures.

Wit & Reason combines behavioral science, mental health expertise, practical skill-building, and real production context so learners can move beyond simply knowing the rules to understanding what to do when situations actually happen.

  • Participants learn to:

  • recognize problematic behavior and risk earlier

  • understand how bias, boundaries, power, and workplace dynamics affect behavior

  • respond with practical, usable tools

  • strengthen communication and intervention skills

  • reflect on how their own behavior affects the people around them

  • apply what they learn to realistic situations.

  • Each course combines self-paced learning with practical application, reflection, assessments, a certificate of completion, & a complementary consultation with the facilitator to use at any point in your learning process..
